I usually don't write about our shows, but last night at the Elbow Room in Ypsilanti was a little out of the ordinary. I don't know what's worse: a jock with a mohawk making sexual comments toward Nicole, or the same dipshit throwing a chair at our friend Forest (who happened to be onstage singing with us!). Things got pretty heated between the mohawked guy's entourage and the NG crowd, but luckily Shawn didn't have to use the keytar as a weapon. After the ruckus, we hung out for a bit and thoroughly enjoyed a trio called Spit For Athena.
It was our final show with old pal Scott Behnan on drums. The Andy Roy era begins now.

The site has been tinkered with this week, hopefully making it less buggy and more accessable for those with browsers other than IE. Let me know if you encounter any problems. Also, we leave for a fun filled day of lots of driving and a little bit of playing this Saturday as we do a show in Fort Wayne, Indiana and another one in Cleveland, Ohio. Check here for details and come out if you're in the area - we'll give you a hug!

So here's the redesigned New Grenada site, fresh out of the rotisserie. Other than just the look, you'll find a lot of new stuff in here like flyers and posters, new photos, and a Plumline online store with our retail partners Mad Merch. Oh, and don't forget to read up on our interests to become that much more intimate with NG. Any comments should be directed to the band, and any fuck ups on the site can be reported directly to mwa.
